1. Our Office hours are Mon - Thurs. 0900 - 1700 GMT Frid. 0900 - 1500 GMT
2. We accept payment by Cheque,Postal Order and all major Debit and Credit cards. Not Diners or Amex.
3. Orders Will only be accepted from CardHolders and delivered to Bona fide addresses,We will Not deliver to P.O.Boxes. Goods Must Be Checked for condition signed for as damaged if damaged and Claims for Damaged Items Made within 5 Days of Delivery.

Delivery
Our standard delivery is 5 working days but this cannot always be guaranteed.(Exc.Furniture) Standard Delivery to English Mainland Is :-

• Orders Over £175.00 Carriage Paid (Excludes Furniture and Large Items - which
• carry special charges please Ask For Quote)
• Next Day Delivery Costs £10.95 (Exc.Furniture special charges apply)
  All Orders for this service must be in by 2pm. On Mon - Thur and Friday for Monday Following

• Returns :  Whilst we are hap[py to accept goods back  which are faulty they should
• be returned in original packing together with a copy of the purchase invoice.In the absence of a copy invoice we will not accept the goods back.Goods which are returned having been "Ordered By Mistake will be subject to a 10$ Administration and restocking charge(The Credit card refund will still cost us £1.00)
